Baggio's Ben Wyborn releases a demo of new song 'Southern Comforts' for their Sad Machine Records compilation to celebrate a year of shows in and around South London. The compilation consists of 10 carefully curated tracks showcasing a range of different sounds from local artists; from mushy p's (Goat Girl) sad electro-pop track everywhere' to local poet and writer Ten Minute Tales' reflective/absurd short story 'Best Hen'. Baggio's own contribution is a gentle acoustic track, stripped back and intimate in its demo form, here they describe how the track came about: “I’d been unsure for ages about what song to put forward for this compilation. I had a bunch of bits half finished but none of them really excited me - but a day before the deadline I wrote Southern Comforts in about 15 minutes and recorded it that evening. Like all good Baggio songs it is a heartbreak song and also a public transport song.
